1. Acceptance of These Terms
Please read these Terms before using our website or making a purchase. By accepting these Terms during checkout or entering into an agreement that incorporates them, you agree to be bound by them.
If you do not agree, please do not purchase our products or services. You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to enter into an agreement for yourself or the business you represent.
2. About Beyond Bookings NW
Beyond Bookings NW provides marketing and communication resources for spa, skincare, and wellness businesses. Our offerings may include educational articles, content calendars, email templates, digital guides, marketing strategy, and content creation services.
The description provided for each product or service explains what is included. Purchasing a digital resource does not include personalized consulting, implementation, ongoing support, or future updates unless expressly stated.
3. Educational Information and Business Results
Our website and educational resources provide general marketing and business information. They do not replace legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice.
We do not guarantee specific results, including increased bookings, revenue, client retention, email engagement, website traffic, or social media growth. Results depend on factors such as your business, audience, offers, implementation, and market conditions.
Examples, testimonials, and case studies illustrate individual experiences and do not promise that you will achieve the same results.
4. Website Use
You may use our website for lawful purposes. You agree not to:
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our website, accounts, or systems.
- Introduce malicious software or interfere with website operation.
- Use our website to distribute unlawful, deceptive, or infringing material.
- Copy, redistribute, or commercially exploit our content beyond the permission provided by these Terms or a separate license.
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address misuse, security concerns, or violations of these Terms.
5. Intellectual Property
Original content owned by Beyond Bookings NW—including written materials, graphics, guides, templates, and content calendars—is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners.
Viewing our website or purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of our intellectual property to you.
Except as permitted by a product license, written permission, or applicable law, you may not reproduce, sell, distribute, sublicense, or publish our materials.
6. Digital Product License
Unless the product description provides a different license, purchasing a digital product gives you a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to use it within one business you own or are authorized to represent.
You may customize templates and publish the resulting marketing content for that business. Employees or contractors assisting that business may access the materials only as needed for that work and must follow these restrictions.
You may not:
- Resell, share, or distribute the original files or editable templates outside the licensed business.
- Upload the materials to a template marketplace, shared resource library, or public download page.
- Use one purchase to provide the materials to multiple client businesses.
- Repackage the materials as a competing template, guide, course, or digital product.
If you need a license for multiple businesses or agency clients, please contact us before purchasing.
Third-party software, fonts, stock images, and other assets may require separate accounts or licenses. These are included only when the product description expressly says so.
7. Orders, Payments, and Delivery
Prices, currency, applicable taxes, and any additional charges will be disclosed before purchase. You agree to provide accurate billing and contact information and to use a payment method you are authorized to use.
Digital products will be delivered through the method described at checkout, such as an email download link or customer account. Please check the listed file formats and software requirements before purchasing.
If you have difficulty receiving or opening a product, contact us at Monica@BeyondBookingsNW.com.
We may decline or cancel an order involving suspected fraud, unauthorized payment, or a material listing error. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the amount collected for that order.
Changes to prices apply to future purchases and do not alter completed orders.
8. Refunds and Cancellations
Refund eligibility for digital products is described in our [link to Refund Policy] and disclosed before purchase.
If you receive the wrong product, a duplicate charge, or a damaged or inaccessible file, please contact us so we can investigate and provide an appropriate resolution.
Refunds, cancellations, deposits, and rescheduling for services are governed by the applicable written service agreement.
Nothing in these Terms limits refund rights or other remedies that applicable law requires.
9. Services and Client Agreements
Submitting an inquiry or scheduling an introductory conversation does not create a client relationship or reserve project availability.
Before paid work begins, we will confirm the project scope, deliverables, fees, payment schedule, timelines, revisions, cancellation terms, and ownership or usage rights in a written agreement.
If a signed service agreement conflicts with these Terms, that agreement controls for the services it covers.
Clients are responsible for providing timely information, materials, feedback, and approvals. Delays in receiving these items may affect delivery dates.
10. Reviewing and Publishing Marketing Content
Templates and draft content must be reviewed and adapted to your business before publication. You are responsible for verifying your prices, offers, treatment descriptions, product information, credentials, and other business-specific details.
Skincare, treatment, health, and wellness claims require particular care. Do not publish claims that are inaccurate, misleading, unsupported, or outside the scope of your professional license.
You must have permission to use client photographs, testimonials, copyrighted materials, and other content you supply or publish. You are also responsible for obtaining necessary marketing permissions and following applicable email, text messaging, privacy, and advertising requirements.
These responsibilities do not waive any legal obligations that independently apply to Beyond Bookings NW.
11. Information You Submit
When you send us text, photographs, logos, or other materials for a project, you confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed for us to use them for that purpose.
You retain ownership of your materials. You grant us permission to use them as reasonably necessary to perform the agreed services.
Please do not submit payment card details, client medical information, or other sensitive personal information through our general contact form.
Use of client work in our portfolio or promotional materials will be addressed in the service agreement or separately approved by you.
12. Third-Party Links and Tools
Our website or resources may refer to third-party websites, platforms, software, or products. Those providers operate under their own terms and privacy policies.
We do not control their availability, pricing, features, security, or performance. You are responsible for reviewing their requirements before using them.
Any sponsored or affiliate relationship will be disclosed where applicable.
13. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and handle personal information.
Please review it here: [Privacy Policy link].
14. Website Availability and Disclaimers
We make reasonable efforts to keep our website and resources accurate and accessible, but information may become outdated and interruptions or errors may occur.
To the extent permitted by law, the website and general educational resources are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted availability, complete accuracy, or suitability for a particular purpose.
This section does not override express commitments in a product description or signed service agreement, or any rights that cannot legally be excluded.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Beyond Bookings NW will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of our website or educational resources, including lost profits or business opportunities.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so is prohibited by law. Liability relating to contracted services may be addressed separately in the applicable service agreement.
16. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, except where mandatory laws applicable to you require otherwise.
If a concern arises, please contact us at Monica@BeyondBookingsNW.com so we can attempt to resolve it. This does not prevent you from pursuing available legal remedies or require you to delay action where a legal deadline applies.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as our business, offerings, or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top of this page identifies the current version.
Updated Terms apply prospectively. They will not retroactively change completed purchases or signed agreements without an appropriate agreement or legal basis. Where notice or renewed acceptance is required, we will provide it.
18. Severability
If a provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the extent permitted by law.
